California Girls

This started as a random doodle at work. I wanted to draw some female characters which don't appear in the game but are mentioned by Companions. I also added some quotes which I think could fit them.

Upper left corner:
Rafaela, Raul's sister. I wanted to draw her like it's just shortly after the bombs fell, so her dress still has vibrant colors, but she's patched it. I think she was cheerful and optimistic, which makes her death seem even more unfair. Since she's the youngest I didn't want to draw her sexy, but more girly.

Upper right corner:
Mrs. Gannon, Arcade's mother. I pictured her as a sexy, Marlyn Monroe-ish MILF with a hint of nerdyness. I think that she was a scientist during the day and a party girl after dark, not a mourning widow or over protective housewife. Damn shame she didn't have two kids. A son and a daughter. And IMO it would be ridiculously cute if she's call Arcade "bunny".

Lower left corner:
Cass' Mother. Cass mentioned that her mother could throw a spear, so I think this quote is adequate. Since she's a Tribal I thought I'd draw her a bit bulkier than the rest. Not that she enjoys torturing Cass when she's got a hangover. It's just that she thinks a girl oughtta take care of herself.

Lower right corner:
Carla, Boone's late wife. The thing I love about her is that she brakes a certain cliche. You know, when the male protagonist's wife is abducted and ends up dead, she's pictured as a gentle and spiritual being, but from you learn from the game, Carla was a tough bitch. and I like that. And come on, do you know any woman with that name that doesn't got a sharp temper?
